Capps Covers - Trains, Chains, & Buried Pains

ORDER
$9.99 plus shipping ($3 U.S / $5 outside of U.S.)

Trains, Chains, and Buried Pains was recorded and produced
in Downtown Springfield by Lou Whitney. This seventeen song
collection contains both obscure and well-known country
favorites, from Don Gibson’s Sea Of Heartbreak to Porter
Wagner’s Woman Hungry, and plenty of Johnny Cash
influence in-between. The music is kept simple but powerful
with help from Capps and his Springfield backing band the
True Liars: D. Clinton Thompson on Lead Guitar, Ron Gremp
and Bobby Lloyd Hicks on drums, Joe Terry on keyboards and
piano, and Lou Whitney on bass. Capps is also reunited with
ex-band mate Steve Newman from The Domino Kings on
backing vocals on John Prine’s Paradise.
